We are looking for a fully qualified candidate with either ACA, ACCA or CIMA. The role would suit an experienced Financial Analyst looking for their next challenge or a qualified candidate looking for their first move into industry.
You will play an integral part in producing valuable reporting to the Senior Leadership team to aid decision making and strategic decisions.
Office Hours are: 09:00 – 17:30, Monday – Friday, onsite in our office in Manvers, Rotherham
Basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Role responsibilities
- Regular review of business forecasts based on current trading and business information
- Business partnering with all teams to provide support and guidance
- Identify, analyse and report on the key performance metrics for the manufacturing activities
- Support the Head of Finance on all ad hoc requests
- Provide assistance to the wider finance team
- Budgeting
- Cost and margin analysis
- Trend identification and analysis
- Providing additional analysis to support the monthly Management Information pack
Essential Skills:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified and equivalent experience
- Highly analytical with attention to detail
- Flexibility to focus on business requirements as deemed appropriate
- Computer literate with strong excel skills
- Planning and Organisation
Desirable Skills:
- Basic knowledge of databases and IT systems
- Commercial acumen with desire to understand business
- Basic economics; interest rates, exchange, financing
