The Bluetree Group Graduate Management Programme has been designed to shape the future leaders of our business, providing opportunities for talented individuals to grow alongside us.
This is a fantastic opportunity for hard working individuals who embrace our core, aspirational, and permission to play values. This programme is for graduates who aren’t afraid of a challenge and who are excited about building a career in a business that thrives on innovation and identifying new opportunities.
This year-long structured programme will combine management training sessions with hands-on, practical experience. Participants will also be challenged with a series of business critical projects.
The outcome being confident and capable business leaders on a fast-track career path.

Do you have what it takes to join our graduate management programme?
To succeed on the graduate management programme, you’ll need to be a resilient, hard-working and motivated individual who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst embracing the challenges that this scheme will present.
To join the graduate management programme you will need:
- A 2:1 degree qualification
- Right to work in the UK
- Be willing and able to relocate to the Sheffield/Leeds area
- To attend the 03 October 2022 assessment day
- To start on 31 October 2022
