We process around 10,000 jobs each week, consisting of over 11 million printed items that include anything from menus in your local restaurant, right the way through to curating stunning books for luxury brands. This is where you come in, we deliver industry leading client services, rated 4.8 on Trustpilot and we are seeking for a client centric individual that can complement and fit in with our current team and continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients . What’s more, you’ll also have the opportunity to wander around our 165,000 sqft factory and actually see the products being produced, to bring you even closer to what our clients want, what else could you ask for?

Route 1 Print puts significant emphasis on deploying the latest tech, enabling us to stay one step ahead of our competition. We were the first company in the world to invest in nanographic printing technology with the purchase of a Landa S10 (Wait until you see it, it's like a spaceship) we decided to do one better and get 2, with the latest S10P due to arrive imminently. To complement this, we have just launched an omnichannel CRM suite that links all emails, chats and calls under one roof, allowing you and our clients to interact with each other through whatever means necessary.

The role;

  • Dealing with a wide range of customer queries whether that be through call, email, or chat. You will essentially become an extension of our client’s business, after all our factory is their factory.
  • Work with other colleagues across the business, whether that be sales, client services or production, always ensuring we make our clients look exceptional.
  • From time-to-time support other departments to drive tactical initiatives to deliver business objectives.
  • Support our clients navigate through the order process of our website, making every point of the journey as easy as possible.

You;

  • Understands what true customer service looks and feels like, having the passion to drive this through with every client interaction.
  • A strong willingness to learn, to never sit still and continually develop.
  • A strong team player, collaborating after all is the key to success.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills, with demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional customer services in a previous role.
  • Understands how to effectively communicate with client queries via phone and email.
  • Holds significant pride in the quality of your work.

  • Core hours Monday to Friday 9:00am-17:30pm
  • Opportunity to work overtimes on evenings/weekends and Bank Holidays periodically.
