As the Quality Assurance Manager you will build, develop, and implement a total quality system within Bluetree Print to ensure continuous delivery of quality printed products. You will be the main ‘voice of quality’ in the business and will work with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that equipment, processes, and people all work towards a quality outcome.

You will use quality related data to build an accurate picture of quality performance and use this data to identify areas for improvement.

You will run quality improvement projects, using the DMAIC model to understand and implement data driven control measures. With the target of building a complete set of statistical process control tools to ensure continuous product conformance across all processes.

You will perform complex non-conformance investigations to determine root causes to quality issues, as well as training effective quality investigation skills to the wider team. They will also run corrective and preventative action and other continuous improvement activities with the teams to resolve issues and improve performance.

You will own the ISO 9001 Certification process for the Print Division and support the compliance team on other ISO system certification activities.

About the position:

  • Salary £45,000 to £55,000
  • This position is office based 5 days a week at our office in Manvers, Rotherham.
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
