About the role:
We are excited for a new Customer Service Advisor to jump on board and join our exciting journey ahead. You will strive to ensure our passionate brand values are communicated to customers through every interaction. Working in a high volume B2B and B2C environment, you will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships and helping new customers purchase print, all whilst providing world class customer experience so our customers never want to shop anywhere else.
As our brand ambassador, you will strive to offer an exceptional customer experience across multiple channels (including email, phone and chat) whilst also ensuring strong focus on sales through service is maintained to maximise our customer’s experience and commercial value within each interaction.
