We are looking for a customer-centric Customer Service Manager to help lead and coach our rapidly growing client services team. With over half a million small businesses choosing us to create their marketing materials, your purpose is to ensure businesses of any size, small or large, have an incredible experience.

Your main job purpose is to lead instantprint’s client services team. You will be developing and executing a continuous training culture that ensures the client services team provide a seamless journey, incredible service and are commercially aware. Working with the Head of CX, create a Client Service strategy that grows our client base and maintains existing client spend.

We are looking for someone who has the customer at the heart of everything they do. We treat every business customer as a client partner, however small their business is, and your role will be critical to help our customers purchase the right print.

Covering both our client service teams across calls, chat and email, your key focus will be ensuring our high-volume team are commercially focused, help guide our clients through the print buying journey and provide an incredible experience which means they never want to leave.

Essential Skills:

• The ability to drive world-class customer experience initiatives through a growing team.

• Creating, delivering, and reporting on training programmes that help a Client Service team provide excellent customer service.

• Ability to spot opportunities to improve the service we provide our clients.

• Experience managing a fast paced client services team.

• You will be able to build positive working relationships with others

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working to both customer satisfaction plus revenue and commercial targets

• Experience of implementing new processes
